How to Sign Up for Notifications on the Tri-County Water Conservancy District Portal

  1. Access the Portal:
    Navigate to the Tri-County Water Conservancy District's CivicPlus Portal: https://portal.civicplus.com/CO-TriCountyWaterConservancyDistrict/notifications by clicking the link above.
  2. Sign In or Create an Account:
    Click on the Sign In button. If you don't have an account, select Sign Up to create one. You can register using your email or through third-party options like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Apple.
  3. Navigate to Alerts & Notifications:
    Once signed in, go to the Alerts & Notifications tab on the portal. Here, you'll find various notification lists available for subscription. General Public is our main notification group.
  4. Subscribe to Notifications:
    • Use the Search bar to find specific notification lists.
    • Toggle the switch next to each list to subscribe to email and/or SMS notifications.
    • For SMS subscriptions, you'll be prompted to add a phone number. Enter your 10-digit number, label it (e.g., "Mobile Phone"), and indicate if it supports text messages and/or voice calls.
    • A verification code will be sent to your phone. Enter this code to confirm your subscription.
  5. Manage Your Subscriptions:
    • To view your active subscriptions, click on the Filters icon to the right of the search bar and check the box labeled Show only my active subscriptions.
    • To unsubscribe, simply toggle off the switch next to the desired notification list.
    • You can also use the Unsubscribe from All button to remove all email and/or SMS notifications.
