Mission Statement

The District's mission is to provide dependable quality service for delivery of water to District customers and to manage, operate and maintain the Ridgway Dam in the most efficient and economical manner.

Dispenser Stations

Users at the five dispenser stations throughout our service area will notice a change to the familiar control box they are used to seeing. We have completed converting all of the stations to pre-paid PIN operated systems. Quarters will no longer be accepted at the sites. In order to use the new system, you will need to call or come by our office and set up a pre-paid account. Payment in the office can be made using cash or credit/debit cards. Once the account has been set up you can start using the unique ID, that you choose at the time of setup, at any of the five stations. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) setting up your account can give you some instructions on how to operate the system. A touchpad display at each location will walk you through the steps necessary to get water. As with all new installations, there will be questions. Call during business hours and a CSR will be able to assist you with any issues.
