Payment Options
Tri-County Water currently prints and mails your water bill on a bi-monthly cycle (every other month) unless you have signed up for our paperless option. When you receive your bill you have the payment options listed below:

Tri-County Water can only accept credit/debit card payments over the phone for Dispenser Accounts.
For your security, we can no longer take credit or debit card information over the phone for your Water Bill payments.
All Water Bill payments must be made either in person, mailed (cash, check, money order) or through Xpress Bill Pay.
Water Bill Payments
You may pay your water bill in the following ways:
- In Person:
Visit our office at 647 N 7th St, Montrose, CO 81401 during regular business hours.
We accept cash, check, money order, or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). - After-Hours Drop Slot:
Located to the right of the front door. Please use cash, check, or money order only.
(Note: We cannot make change; all cash received will be applied to your account balance.) - Online or by Phone (through Xpress Bill Pay):

- Credit / Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted through Xpress Bill Pay.
